SHOPPING

​We can carry out essential shopping - either a regular weekly shop or a one off if you are self-isolating, unwell or unable to get to the shops.
​
Payment can be made by cash or via our card reader if required.
PRESCRIPTIONS
​
​We can collect prescriptions from all the local pharmacies in East Grinstead and deliver them to your door.
We can also help you set up ordering prescriptions online if it would be easier for you.
POSTING MAIL
​
​We can collect your mail and take it to a post box if you are unable to do it yourself.
​
We can also pick up small parcels and take them to a Post Office if required (depending on current Covid-19 rules)

BEFRIENDING
​
​No-one should be lonely. We match our volunteers with members of the community who would like to have a regular phone call. We find out about their interests and try and find some common ground so they can have a good chat.
