We are delighted to announce that Being Neighbourly has been selected as one of the charity partners alongside EG Lions to be the beneficiaries for this year's EG 10K run.

This is a fantastic opportunity for our charity, and we are incredibly grateful to the event organisers for choosing to support our work.

There is a natural synergy between Being Neighbourly and the EG 10K team. At the heart of both organisations is a shared commitment to support people's wellbeing and building stronger communities to do so. Whether through encouraging physical activity, promoting positive mental health, or bringing people together through meaningful connections, we are united by a common purpose: to promote mental wellbeing through support and connection.

The annual EG 10K Andy Ripley memorial run brings together runners, volunteers, supporters, and local communities in a celebration of determination, achievement and community spirit. We are proud to be part of an event that reflects so many of the values that are important to us.

We would like to thank everyone who chooses to run, fundraise, volunteer, or cheer participants on from the sidelines. Your support makes a real difference and helps charities like ours continue providing valuable services and opportunities within the community.

The Being Neighbourly team will be there on the day, participating, supporting runners and helping wherever we can, come and chat to us!
